Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field
Supervisor to oversee and manage daily agricultural operations.
The Field Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the
efficient execution of fieldwork, maintaining quality standards,
and managing a team of fieldworkers. The ideal candidate should
have a strong background in agriculture, excellent leadership
skills, and a passion for sustainable farming practices.
Job responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily field operations, including
planting, cultivation, irrigation, pest control, and
harvesting.

Ensure that fieldwork is carried out according to the
established schedule and quality standards.

Lead and manage a team of fieldworkers, providing guidance,
training, and support.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure a well-organized
and efficient workflow.
- Monitor crop health, growth, and overall quality.

Implement pest and disease control measures as needed,
following organic or sustainable farming practices.

Ensure proper usage and maintenance of farming equipment,
including tractors, plows, and harvesters.

Coordinate with the equipment and maintenance team to address
any issues promptly.

Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for crops,
ensuring that they meet or exceed industry standards.

Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related
field.

Proven experience in agricultural management, with a focus on
field operations.
